Paul was born and raised in Irondequoit, the son of Tony Marasco, an Irondequoit Police Officer and Barbara Marasco.  He attended both grammar school and high school in Irondequoit.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Canisius College and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, Paul began his career as an attorney working for such firms as Cully, Marks where he was a partner and at Moran & Kufta as a trial attorney. He has represented both injured plaintiffs and insurance companies in personal injury cases. Since 2006 Paul has been the principal of his own firm, The Marasco Law Firm, specializing in personal injury cases. Paul currently serves the town of Irondequoit as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals where his knowledge of the law is a great asset.

During his career Paul, has earned many awards and distinctions. He was honored as one of Rochester Business Journal's Rochester's "40 under 40". He's appeared on local TV as a Legal Analyst, was Chairman of the Litigation section of the Monroe County Bar Association, and has authored articles for the Daily record. Decisions on Paul's cases have reached national and international fame with features in the Wall Street Journal and interviews on BBC television. 

As a Town Board representative, Paul will work to lower taxes and gives residents greater value for their tax dollars.
