Pat Russi
Candidate for Irondequoit Town Justice
Patrick K. Russi has been a practicing attorney in New York since 1991, and is admitted to practice in all courts in New York State as well as in U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He is a former Monroe County Assistant District Attorney (1991-1998), and also was an Associate Attorney with Faraci Lange, LLP (1998-2006). Since 2007, Pat has been a Partner in the Law Firm of Moyer, Russi & Randall, P.C. Pat’s primary areas of practice are criminal and vehicle and traffic litigation, residential real estate matters, bankruptcy, and trusts and estates. During his career, Pat has conducted well over 400 trials throughout the various courts in New York State, and has an excellent understanding of criminal and civil procedure, and the rules of evidence. Pats rating for ability and ethics is "high to very high" according to the Martindale-Hubbell® National Directory of Attorneys.

Since 1998 Pat also has been an Adjunct Professor at Monroe Community College in the Department of Law and Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies teaching various classes in Criminal Procedure, Bankruptcy and Interviewing and Investigation Techniques. In 2000, Pat was appointed to the Monroe County Local Conditional Release Board By Monroe County Executive Jack Doyle to review applications for early release from inmates serving local jail sentences in the Monroe County Jail. In 2004, he was re-appointed to this position by Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks until all Local Conditional Release Boards were abolished statewide by a change in state law in 2005. In 2010 Pat was appointed to the Irondequoit Planng Board. 

Pat and his wife Junanne are life-long Irondequoit residents. They have four children who all attend schools in Irondequoit. Pat and his family are parishioners at St. Margaret Mary Church and Pat is a former parishioner of many years at St. Cecilia’s Church where he also served as a lector and was a member of the Parish Council.
